Shed is excellent. Took 2 sometimes 3 people most of the day to build it. Instructions were very clear. Once you get past the first few steps it was relatively easy. Just time consuming. The only downside for me is the floor felt a little spongy - I had heavy items to go into shed, so put some heavy duty cardboard down to strengthen it before loading heavy items. Def need an electric screwdriver as it has a lots of screws. The parts are all well labelled. Great value for money. Customer service from Wayfair has been excellent too.. S. Norfolk. First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. I’m going to make some modifications to make it more secure, but I couldn’t buy the materials to make a custom shed for this price so I’m delighted!. Anonymous. Tue Jan 09 2024

Think it was a great buy for the money. Built it myself, wasn’t the easiest instructions to follow but got there. It’s been through couple storms although it does have fence to two sides the roof was unprotected. It lost a screw on a panel and edging came off one side but I had stood on the sheet when building and had messed up when screwing in so had weakened it myself. This is a great size shed not too big and not too small just the right size for all our garden items, doesn't take too much of the garden up. it's a nice colour that blends in nicely with the surroundings it's sturdy enough and comes with 2 shelves and 2 hanging parts for things like shovel, folk ect it's lockable with a sliding handle which can have a padlock on to be safer, it doesn't come with a inbuilt floor so were using slats of wood across which will be weather proofed. Unfortunately we a had a few dents in ours but company resolved it straight away but with anything things can be damaged in transport, wayfair and the company sorted it as soon as they received my complaint and proof 2 days in all that's so good.
