Great solid shed, IF built with attention to detail. The instructions are very weak. Get a cup of tea and sit down first to read through the whole thing. Make notes. Things like identifying the right side or the right position for overlapping the metal sheets take a bit of effort and good sense. Be mindful of your screws. I'd expect a product like this to come with a few extra, but mine was missing 06 screws by my count. Nothing I couldn't replace, but not everyone will have spare crews at hand. Unfortunately we a had a few dents in ours but company resolved it straight away but with anything things can be damaged in transport, wayfair and the company sorted it as soon as they received my complaint and proof 2 days in all that's so good. Exceeded expectations, I wasn't entirely sure about buying this but took the chance. So pleased I did, it's turned out to be much better than I expected & even better for it's intended purpose, an outdoor bin cupboard on my balcony that my dog cant open, at last. After giving a couple of coats of weatherproof sealant it's still worked out 40% cheaper than other options & retailers. Well packed. The siding has a protective plastic coating on it to keep from getting scratched during shipment. You need to take that off before assembly. I don't recall anything in the directions about doing that so we didn't discover it until we'd already assembled a few of parts. I recommend wearing the provided gloves as the metal is very sharp on the edges and ends and you can easily cut yourself. The finished assembly has safety edges on the shed so sharp edges are all covered by then. The directions weren't bad but they weren't exceptional either. There were both pictures and written instructions. One big plus was the holes lined up well. It did take hours to assemble. The "floor" is two of the shelves at the bottom. The open part of the shed doesn't have a floor but does have two bars to add strength to the shed. The roof has white plugs for the screws to make it water tight and we had a heavy rain right after assembly and it didn't get wet inside. We placed it behind our above ground pool ladder platform on 10 12x12 leveled cement pavers. We had some high winds after putting it there and because it's in a sheltered area, it stayed fine. I plan to put some of the pavers on the flooring to hold it down better. It will work well to store our pool toys such as goggles and volley ball net and ball. Pleased with the quality. 2 hours to put up. They missed a 1 in front of the 2. Instructions are ok but very fiddly and definitely needs 2 people. It actually takes about an hour to unpack boxes.
