Impact Resistant Sheds

Have the look of a wooden shed without maintenance. Constructed from Evotech Composite, an advanced resin technology that ensures durability. It is fully weather-resistant, so you'll never have to worry about panels warping, overlapping, or cracking. Designed with convenience in mind, you can build your Darwin shed in just a few hours. No unique skills are required, all you'll need is a hand drill and a step ladder. With a floor panel to protect against mud and rainwater and built-in ventilation to allow ample airflow, the Darwin shed keeps belongings protected all year round.

Delivery: Ordered Sunday evening and arrived Monday lunchtime: extremely quick. Construction: Form other reviews I thought it would be a nightmare, but it was straightforward & simple. Lay out all materials and read all instructions carefully (including having a solid/level foundation to build from). There are a few tricky bits- namely the last roof panel corner which is hard to snap in place (I had to pry it in using a flat-head screwdriver with a bit of local damage to the plastic which settled back). Vast majority was a 1-person job, I only had to ask my wife a couple of times for a few moments. Recommend using a drill for most of the self-tapping screws into the plastic panelling as there are a lot. Overall it took me around 6/7hrs so allow a full day shift. Product: Overall I’m very happy with the quality of the shed. It is sturdier than I anticipated (of course not as much as a wooden shed but certainly strong enough for the sheltered area I’ve placed it). For the price I paid I am delighted with the purchase.. The evolutionary Darwin shed is the perfect design if you want the look and feel of wood with all of the benefits and ease of plastic. A Keter shed provides ample airflow by having specifically placed vents but, as with any shed, condensation can form. If you do see signs of condensation here are hints to help you to protect the contents of your shed. To prevent condensation inside your shed, wherever possible, do not allow any excess moisture inside the shed. To do this try and ensure all equipment inside the shed such as camping gear or sporting goods are cleaned and dried before storing them in the shed. Try to let as much air inside the shed on cooler, dry days, by opening the shed doors. This will help the air circulation inside the shed and will drop the humidity level inside. Please note the durable material that all Keter sheds are made of will not be affected by moisture or condensation as part of the Keter no maintenance promise.

Great little shed. As long as you follow the instructions, it's pretty straightforward to put together. Take note of the 4x corner panels and the dimensions - the 2 sides are different widths so if you don't get them the correct way round, it won't fit together properly. Found the roof panels a bit tricky to get under the small lip, other than that I'm really pleased with the shed.. Jane. Uk. Sat Jul 18 2026

6.0 x 3.0 ft Outdoor Metal Storage Shed, Waterproof Lockable Trash Can Shed with Lid Chain, Heavy Duty Garden Storage for Trash Cans, Gardening Tools, Toys, and Pool Supplies

A better way to store garbage and recycling bins. I bought three of these for under $130 apiece. I have my gas generator in one so it is protected from the elements. The other two are where I keep my garbage and recycling bins. They are much nicer looking than the bins and keep the pests and weather out.. Michael. Cornwall, NY. Wed Mar 11 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly process looked daunting but once started, was relatively easy by following the very clear instructions. Solid piece of furniture and all the parts fit well. One snag was that I felt that the hinge lid opened uncontrollably to the vertical position and then it was quite difficult to close it. I have now put a chain on either side of the lid and it checks the opening (photo3). However, very pleased with the finished product.. Jaip. Lincoln, Uk. Fri Jul 18 2025

Constructed with thick steel panels and reinforced joints, this weatherproof outdoor storage unit boasts anti-rust coated finish and tight sealed build to block rain and damp. We lost an existing shed to a falling tree recently so we fortunately already had a base. I would not recommend building this on the ground. Needs a slab or some sort of structure. Anyhow, the shed came neatly packed in two boxes. I must admit, it was intimidating to see all of the parts and screws but they were all organized well and easy to identify. As is often the case with these types of projects, the instructions could use some help. It was a two day effort with two people. But it is up. Good value for the money. I deducted a star for the plastic film that everything was wrapped in. Not fun to remove.. Marie. Fall City, WA. Sat Dec 21 2024

Takes a long time to put together. Took two of us majority of the day to complete. While this says 6x4, please note that is the OUTSIDE of the shed measurements not the inside. I put my push mower inside and the floor space was almost “gone”. I will put up some 2x6s on the walls to hang other items. I also added a piece of plywood inside it to create a floor. Overall, it does work for what I purchased the shed for at my house.. Anita. Georgia. Thu Apr 02 2026

Good product overall. Very fiddly and flimsy under assembly but once built it takes on rigidity and is fine.. Philip. Leeds, GB. Thu Jun 18 2026

Great and solid product. There were a few things I would think would be helpful to future purchasers of this shed. #1. Have some back up screws. This is very important as the screws are cheaply made and break easily. #2. They are not joking when they wrote that it will take two people all day to put it together. Then in another spot they mention 3 people it will take 4 hours. My sisters husband probably needed only half an hour more than a full day. Other than my sister finding and lining up parts he did it all himself. He took a full day he has a contractor background. Shed has a beautiful design and will hold a good amount of tools. The great thing is it’s one of the few sheds we trust to hold up in the Wyoming wind/weather. Frustrating to put together, but quality makes it well worth it in the end!. Bridget. Palm Beach, FL. The tool room is suitable for a variety of applicable scenarios, including patios, gardens, and backyards. It provides extra space for your clutter, and this metal storage shed will be perfect for storing a wide variety of tools and equipment.

I love this shed! This is our second shed purchase from Wayfair, the first shed I bought was more of a lean- to shed, the roof is flat and slanted, and even though they are the same size this shed with the vaulted roof feels so much bigger! We mounted it on 4x4s to give it a good solid base, in the corners they have steel pieces that you can actually screw through to attach, Im thrilled that they made this accommodation. The doors are reinforced which makes them very strong there is no wobble. I love the fact that this shed has 4 ventilation vents , it does tend to get hot when the sun is beating on it. I took a photo of the interior of the roof, the support pieces are quite strong. I have absolutely no concern about snow load. The color is exactly what is pictured in the listing, it was delivered with no damage whatsoever. It really does take 2 people to assemble, it can probably be done by 1 person, but there is a nut and bolt assembly that is necessary to secure the panels on the sides in the back, and it does take 1 person on the inside 1 person on the outside to complete. I bought this shed here on Wayfair during one of their many sales, the price was fantastic for the size of shed I got. The shipping was fast and free. I would absolutely buy another one of these!. Plus its double-wall panels are made of our exclusive Evotech material for the warm look and feel of wood with none of the maintenance hassles.

Very pleased with this plastic 6x6 shed Took 2 people about 2 hours to build it. Really pleased with the natural light from the sky screen at the top and the window. Great quality and feels super sturdy. Have had really heavy rain since being built and has got no leaks! Doesn’t come with a lock but isn’t a big deal for me. Plastic flooring makes storing quicker and easier if the foundations of the ground isn’t perfect for a metal one. Would give 10 out of 10. Couldn’t be happier. Anonymous. Sat Sep 13 2025
