First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. Shed is excellent. Took 2 sometimes 3 people most of the day to build it. Instructions were very clear. Once you get past the first few steps it was relatively easy. Just time consuming. The only downside for me is the floor felt a little spongy - I had heavy items to go into shed, so put some heavy duty cardboard down to strengthen it before loading heavy items. Def need an electric screwdriver as it has a lots of screws. The parts are all well labelled. Great value for money. Customer service from Wayfair has been excellent too.. S. Norfolk. Avoid at all costs. Flimsy with very poor tiny tiny instructions and none of the roof holes line up at all. Ended up drilling all my own holes (easy to do as so flimsy but not needed) I am a competent builder and this was way to fiddly for the what it is. Took 2 days to build. FYI - There’s 486 screws + 200+ nuts& bolts all so small that handling them is annoying. Save yourself spend more and avoid the hassle. Wish I had read something like this before I purchased..
