The product is very simple and is fine. However, the actual purchase I thought I was receiving was misrepresented on the Wayfair site so although the individual product is great, I expected accessories that were not and cannot be included. Absolutely love this product. Simple to assemble and use and it works fantastically every time. My wife and I love making homemade pizza and this is a simple and fast way to do it. Get the heat cranked up and we par-cook the dough because we usually are making pizza for a group of friends. Then put on the toppings and back in the DoJoe for about 90 seconds and they are ready to eat. I bought this because I used to use a pink salt block years ago and wanted something that would work as well. The thing to remember is to get it up to temp for a good while so it’s heat soaked.
