I’ve had this for several months and made pizza a number of times. Excellent addition to my tool set. It is easy to get the stone and KJ up to 600 degrees. The result is a crispy crust with a Smokey flavor similar to wood fired pizza ovens.

It looks great and I look forward to using it but I’m waiting for the other part of my purchase.
