Our Pursley 5-drawer tallboy is full of rustic charm, crafted from solid pine and finished in a warm antique wax that beautifully enhances the natural grain. With its slim silhouette and timeless design, it adds warmth and character to any bedroom while making the most of smaller spaces. The five spacious drawers provide plenty of room for clothes, bedding, and everyday essentials, while the classic wooden handles add a touch of traditional character. Finished unit is good. Assembling it was not as easy as expected. The dowels are too small and constantly fall out while trying to use them in assembly. Most of screws are too thick for the holes provided / both these issues made assembly challenging. Unit is built with some modifying work done by us to overcome the problems - it does look ok thought and is a good solid set of drawers. Will not buy anything that needs home assembly.. Elizabeth. For the price I’m very happy. Good finish and looks good in-situ and also smells very nice! 2 person assembly better but easy enough to assemble on your own although beware it is heavy in the box. Reason for 4 stars not 5 is due to the drawers as they are main from very soft wood and don’t feel that solid and because some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t align with pieces exactly. Just what I expected - A lovely bit of wood, enjoyed the assembly (for the most part) However wish the instructions were a lot simpler to read as I spent ages trying to decipher which set of instructions applied to each part of the drawers. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM!!!! It cannot even be constructed using the instruction manual and materials provided as it was so poorly designed. The materials are flimsy so I know even if I had managed to construct it, it would be unstable and flimsy.
