This aluminium frying pan can be used for home or commercial cooking. It has a long heavy gauge wooden handle with a loop so you can hang it on the wall. Cleaning Instructions Following the care and cleaning instructions will ensure the longevity and durability of the product and you will enjoy its use for years to come. Use a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Ideally, do not use abrasive cleaning products. The product is dishwasher safe, however, hand washing will prolong the product's life and will preserve the intensity of the color.
