The pan’s non-stick coating and forged aluminium base mean it is easy to clean, requires little to no oil and ensures better food release. The hybrid stone coating allows heat to conduct faster which the pan retains during the cooking process.

The pan makes an invaluable addition to the kitchen for cooking delicious dishes for the whole family. The stainless steel handle does not heat up during use. The base of the pan is composed of aluminum and therefore is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

Unfortunately it didn't live up to what I expected from other Tower pans. Although it is advertised for all hobs including induction it didn't work. When I tested it for iron content in the base using a magnet, the magnet fell off. Tower said it was probably my induction hob at fault. Strange, all other pans worked including some of their own. How you can expect a non magnetic base to work on an induction system is beyond me.. Brian R. Thu May 29 2025
