Finally plucked up courage to make my 1st Beef Stew! Beef chunks, celery, carrots, spuds, onion and a little garlic, with a simple stock cube (my first attempt remember) and 6 hours later out came a seriously tasty meal, combined with homemade bread and was in heaven for rest of the day!
