Very happy with my purchase. It was very easy and straightforward to put together and no screwdriver needed! My tip is to make sure you put enough water in. For 36 yrs of marriage I’ve asked my husband to put everything together. At least 5 stars are because I put this together myself, that means anyone can. I recommend a power screw driver (grunt, grunt)! It seats the screws in perfectly! It’s absolutely perfect, as you can see the boys Shiloh and Truckee give it 5 stars! It’s a calming sound, doesn’t need filling constantly and this summer has been, hmmm,atrociously hot-humid! So we human’s give it 5 stars, we really enjoy it. It recommended distilled water, but it takes a lot of water I’ve been good about emptying it, cleaning any debris and filling with fresh water (hose and we’re on lousy well water). If I have to replace the small pump annually, I can live with that. I purchased this style and the wishing well, by far this is nicer. I put the wishing well together too! With its wooden tubs, from which a water spill pours in constant circulation, the cascade fountain adds a rustic flair to any garden or patio. A sturdy wooden tub in the shape of a boat is crowned by a decorative swing pump made of black painted cast iron. The tub of the garden fountain is made of beautifully grained fir wood and was visually aged with a flame treatment. The tub is lined with pond liner on the inside so that the water remains in its container and the wood is protected from rot. Of course, nobody has to pump the water by hand to make it flow: Thanks to the Loopflow concept, the integrated electric pump, which is placed in the bottom tub, does the work using a hose system which allows the water to flow up into the outflow of the decorative pump. With strong power, this fountain ensures that it always has a powerful stream of water.
