Brown Garden Dining Chairs

The Hali chairs by Laura James are a chic and elegant way to dress up your garden and outdoor living space this season

Lovely chairs, easy to assemble and look like they did in the pictures.. Liam. Newcastle, GB. Sun Jun 28 2026

Eucalyptus is one of the most robust wood types, with properties similar to teak. This furniture does not require any special care and is weatherproof. It is advised to use standard caring oil for solid wood in order to keep the original colour as long as possible. Otherwise, the furniture may take on a grey tone over time, which is preferred by some people. For extra comfort, the chairs' backrests can be adjusted to eight different positions and can be folded when not in use so they do not take up too much storage space. The set is being delivered fully mounted.

Bought 3 sets to replace existing garden dining chairs that have served us well for 15 years. The Peony chairs as not as robust as the ones being replaced (but what is these days) though were considered to be acceptable quality for the price paid with the added benefit that they were already pre-assembled unlike chairs available from others at a similar cost. Delivery arrived before the estimated delivery date even though they were coming from Germany; the products were well packaged in heavy duty cardboard boxes with no damage during transit. The quality and finish of the chairs is good and there are no issues with poor quality finishing or staining as sone reviewers have reported. Hopefully these Peony chairs will give many years of good service. One slight irritation was that two weeks after we bought the the chairs the price was reduced by £30 per set . John. The chairs are as expected, look sturdy and are comfortable to sit on. The company were great to deal with when I had a query prior to purchase as they responded quickly to emails. My overall experience was slightly let down by the delivery company (DX) who didn't deliver on the stated day (and I waited in all day as they weren't any more specific than delivery was between 8am - 6pm). As it was a bank holiday weekend, I had to wait another 4 days before delivery could be attempted again. Thankfully this time the chairs were delivered mid-morning. I'm happy to recommend FurnitureBox, but a different delivery company would result in a better overall experience.. Morag M.. Sun Sep 06 2026
