They present very well but the arms are wobbly and the bolts need tightening with an allen key which was not supplied. This was very disappointing. Please advise how I should deal with this.

the finish is lifting in places after 1 month of being outside. I should be able to remedy this but it will need sanding back and refinish. A job I anticipated not having to do until next year.
