Absolutely furious with Wayfair. You’d think that for £88 you’d get decent quality but think again. The item arrived damaged, with chips and scratches all over the wood. The box was torn and looked like it had been thrown around no surprise, since they ship with Evri (the worst courier I’ve ever dealt with). The assembly instructions were a complete mess tools and parts incorrectly labeled, and over 100 pieces to sort through. It took my partner and me six hours to figure it out ourselves. Total nightmare. The product looks second-hand scuffed, poorly packed, and absolutely not what I expected from a brand-new item. Yes, I could return it, but who has time to repack and wait again, just for another likely damaged delivery? I’m so disappointed. There were no reviews at the time or I never would’ve ordered. The cabinet itself is beautiful and well made, however the packaging had been really badly damaged to the point it was held together with standard sellotape and the bolts for one set of legs were missing. When I called to try and resolve, you couldn’t order the bolts, you wouldn’t give any money off when I suggested that I would buy the bolts if I was reimbursed a goodwill gesture. So the only option was for us to send it back and order it again. In all honesty the packaging wouldn’t have made another journey it was that bad, burst and soggy. So bad even the delivery driver commented. This was all four days before Christmas, very disappointing that you wouldn’t listen to the customer and go above and beyond with a suitable resolve. I bought the bolts myself anyway and despite the sadly poor experience I do love the piece of furniture and it looks fab in my dining room.. Anonymous. Sun Jan 04 2026

It appears to pretty strong metal. Assembling was easy. However manual instructions not detailed and no instructions on how to attach the tv to the two panels which attach to the stand. Luckily the panels that attached my tv to the wall previously can hook into the stand but it doesn’t appear to be too safe, so I’m taking my chances, until I go to the hardware store and ask the guys there how to go about it and what screws to use because there’s a bunch of holes behind the tv and I have a bunch of leftover screws not knowing where it goes. Okay so I’m mostly pleased with this TV Stand, it looks good but there are a few pointers that might help the build go a little smoother! I struggled to get the shelf in with both cupboard doors on (the instructions state to add the shelf after the installation of the doors) I had to remove one of the cupboard doors so that I could install the shelf. Secondly, it’s not as study as I’d like, it may be okay if you are placing it on a hard floor but in my case I have carpets so it’s a little wobbly ! The build was relatively easy, I’m a 44 year old female and managed it on my own, it took around an hour and a half to assemble. It’s well built, no scuffs, no marks and everything I needed to build it was included. I love the extra storage and adjustable shelves and it’s the perfect width and height for a 55 inch TV.
