The item was delivered in a single, large parcel, necessitating placement in the rear garden. Assembly requires two individuals. The instructions provided were exceptionally clear, further supplemented by helpful YouTube video tutorials. We encountered an issue with a defective hinge; however, customer service provided excellent support. We are currently awaiting the replacement part, which is being shipped from America and is expected to arrive within several weeks. Despite this, the storage cupboard is otherwise highly satisfactory and comes recommended.

Cabinet takes a few hours (~2) to construct, but not difficult for one person. Result is pretty solid but make sure ground is level. Would be nice to have internal hooks to make better use of the tall space. Overall satisfied.

Great product, clear instructions

This is well made but we have only one down side for us. That is that it is quite difficult to put together and the booklet is not easy to follow would be helpful if there was a video on how to, that’s why only 4*

Took quite a while to assemble as quite fiddly to put together. Finished item is sturdy and roomy. Has enough space to hold all our outdoor sofa cushions.
