I am pleased with the end result save that a part on one of the doors didn't fit. This needed some adjustment.

I ordered a Darwin 6x8 shed, which was delivered on time. The only positive. When I got to assembling the shed it became apparent that 5x wall joint parts were missing, which are vital for assembly. I raised the issue with Wayfair who advised I needed to liase with Keter directly. Despite under the Consumer rights act 2015 my purchase is an implied term of the contract I have with Wayfair that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Keter customer services informed me they dont have the parts required in stock and they would have to be placed on back order for manufacture and could not tell me when they would be ready. Even though the product is still available for sale! They suggested I request a refund replacement, as is my right to do so. I requested a replacement from Wayfair on 1st June and despite calling both Keter the retailer numerous times am being told by both parties that its the others responsibility to resolve. After a further two calls to Wayfair Customer support I was told each time I have to wait 2 days to be responded too. The first customer service advisor would continue to maintain that this was not Wayfairs problem and I had to deal with Keter. Again I reference the Consumer rights act 2015, it is the retailers responsibility to put the situation right, Wayfairs responsibility. I am now left with a £650 pile of shed parts which are effectively useless and no progress on a replacement. Feel like I have no choice but to either concede the loss of money or escalate to the consumer ombudsman. This purchase is causing me a great deal of stress, I will never order from Wayfair again nor order a Keter product again.

Problems right from the start. Panels didn’t line up. Parts were shorter than needed. Instructions could be a lot better. Once finished it looks good but defo not 100%

Great shed for the price.instuctions are very clear.stick to the instructions carefully.took2 of us 5 hours to complete

Fast delivery I’m fat and 53 years old put this shed up with my parents in 5 hours np at all. The instructions were fantastic very easy to follow and all the parts and different screws very clearly marked. The only awkward bit was the roof but no big deal at all. The more progress you make the more solid and sturdy the shed gets, at the end of the day I’m very happy with my new shed. Even had some rain the first night and totally dry no problems at all. I would and do highly recommend this brand as this model of shed is excellent and there no reason to think there other shed aren’t equally as good.

A very useful shed in a great colour. I knocked off a star as it was a total pain to put together. We are two reasonably experienced people (one of whom is a builder) and it took 5 hours!

This shed was perfect, it was easy to assemble and will be low maintenance in the future. My husband couldn’t be happier with it.

I would not recommend taking the risk with this shed, very mixed reviews and I unfortunately received a badly made version. Quality control is appalling, a company of this size should be able to churn out the same, consistent parts again and again no problem. Screw holes inconsistent throughout, most parts don't align to corresponding holes, metal struts all too short, instructions can be awkward to understand at times, roof is a nightmare to install even with two people, front doors are so far from straight it's beyond a joke. I could go on but I'd be here all day. Support from Wayfair is non-existent, you just get fobbed off to Keter Support who make it very difficult to raise tickets.

The size of the shed is perfect! Great material, it was easy to install. My husband just only spent a morning setting this up.
