Product Overview

Hand Woven
The classic and again modern oriental carpet has a particularly delicate design. Originally this pattern was developed in the 19th century in north-western Persia by Kurdish master knotters. Their specialty was to reinterpret individual motifs from the Persian knotting tradition. This resulted in a series of innovative and original designs, which are often repeated in endless repeats in the inner field. The elegant palmette border gives it a "timelessly elegant touch". It embellishes almost every room situation, whether modern or classic! It is hand-knotted in India from high-quality virgin wool in selected factories. A light shine is achieved by environmentally friendly hand washing. This masterpiece of oriental hand-knotting art is characterized by the processing of fine long-staple wool yarns and is therefore very robust and durable.
