I built it alone and it wasnt too difficult. The quality is nice enough for the price I paid which is £68, though I wouldnt pay more than that. I give it 4stars. It has privacy for my cat and when she kicks, it stays inside the cabinet instead of flying all over. Furthermore, she can fall asleep by the window on top of the cabinet.
