Nice thick glass on the shades - considering the price, it looks wonderful once installed. Installation was a bit of a struggle - definitely need two people. The instructions provided a QR code with an installation video which I couldn't access. The supplied G9 bulbs needed replacing due to capacitive coupling (induced voltage) - worth bearing in mind if hanging in a bedroom because they glow in the dark. On the whole, good value for money.. Very good looking light, apart from the plastic pieces on show top and bottom of the string that make it look cheap. If they were in either gold or even grey to match but just look unfinished. Also, should be advertised as adjustable as EASILY can gather up the strings on top and hide, and this almost put me off buying as advertised 1.3m height and non-adjustable...who has ceilings THAT high??.
