The first chandelier I received offered a good price-to-quality ratio, and I was satisfied with it. The size was appropriate, and it arrived in good condition. Based on this experience, I decided to install two in the living room. However, the second chandelier arrived with a significant defect. In three places, there are no holes for attaching the hanging elements, making proper assembly impossible. I consulted two people, and both confirmed that creating these holes is not feasible due to the thickness of the metal. This is a major defect, and I am very disappointed. The return and replacement process is inconvenient, but I expect a refund and a replacement item.
