The teapot itself looks lovely and it's well made. But the careless and negligent courier service, Evri, did not handle it with any care. Anonymous. Tue Dec 05 2023

Really like this teapot. It seemed hard to find a glass one that could also be used on a gass stove top. We use it to make chai so a little bit of a different process putting in the mix, milk and sugar but worked well and made almost no mess unlike using a pan. Would recommend. The 1l is a little small but works well for 2 people with bigger mugs.. Anonymous. Mon Nov 04 2024
