Excellent pan, heats evenly and quickly. I always add a drop of oil when I cook and it will last.

This is a great quality pan. It makes fantastic pancakes; it cooks them evenly and it doesn’t stick. I would definitely recommend this pan to everyone.

It is definitely the best shallow pan I have ever bought. It is a total pleasure to use, to wash and needs very little oil. Worth every penny as I know it will last. I totally recommend it.

We used this pan the day after it arrived and it made fantastic crepes. We're very pleased with the cooking surface, the cool handle, and the easy wash-up. I will be buying additional pieces for our induction cooktop.
