And it’s not just all about the Barbie – thanks to its interchangeable plates, you can also use it to fry, grill, and as a panini press, so that’s breakfast, lunch and dinner sorted, all in one machine. Versatile cooking There are so many ways to use this Contact Grill, you’ll always be finding new ways to cook your favourite foods on it, but the three main ways are: as an indoor BBQ, as a contact grill, and to fry meat and vegetables and sear food at a high temperature to lock in the flavour. As well as a conventional grill that can be closed to cook foods like juicy chicken breasts or filling-stuffed paninis, it can be opened up and laid flat to use as a hot plate for grilling and searing meats, frying eggs for breakfast, or even making pancakes. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear.

Your GreenPan has a limited lifetime warranty that protects against defects in the material and the finishing of the product and its non-stick layer with normal, non-professional use, in accordance with GreenPan's maintenance and usage instructions. The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity Pro non-stick layer is for 5 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service.

This is a great little frying pan. I use it all the time, omelettes ( that don’t stick!), poaching and frying.
