My lovely daughter-in-law wanted a teapot for her birthday so having looked at hundreds of teapots on line I found exactly what I was looking for at Wayfair . The teapot is modern, fun , subtle colours, beautifully made , sturdy, and quite big, yet traditional at the same time , so I went ahead and ordered at what was a very reasonable price comparing it to others, so imagine my disappointment when it arrived with a tinkling sound in the parcel, the spout had broken ! With a birthday deadline approaching fast I decided I loved it so much I would try again and order another one. To my delight the customer services team dispatched another teapot , free of charge, the very next day which arrived in one piece ! I have never been so relieved to receive a parcel that didn't tinkle !! I now have two beautiful teapots , one with a broken spout , which makes a lovely plant pot ( see, recycling can be fun ! ) and a new teapot to boot ready to be wrapped as a present, only , I love it so much, I might just keep it for myself

Absolutely beautiful teapot, just the right size, the lid was broken but I reported and a replacement has been sorted, very impressed
