Lifetime Heavy Duty Chair Cart

Specs did not match the picture. Took a LONG time and lot of effort on my part to resolve, but eventually was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was much more substantial than I thought it would be. Assembly took a college kid and myself about 3 hours total with interruptions. Sadly, the blister pack of hardware broke open and about 5 nuts were lost as they rolled about the VERY HEAVY box. So, I told the student to call and order more. She did! She jumped right on it. The Customer Service gal was great. They handled everything up to verifying my address. Great job!

Purchased the chair cart in October, 2020. Package arrived in less than a week in excellent condition. The packaging was well done, with no damage to any of the parts. I appreciated that all fasteners were laminated to cardboard and clearly labeled. I was quick and easy to verify all needed fasteners were shipped. The instruction manual was well-written and I followed them step-by-step. The cart went together nicely and without drama. Definitely follow their instruction to hand-tighten all the fasteners until the cart is completely assembled and then go back and tighten everything. I used all the provided fasteners, no more, no less, so be careful not to lose any. The resulting cart is very sturdy, and I believe the gauge of steel they use is fully adequate. I loaded about 20 chairs and the cart rolls nicely over hard surfaces. The swiveling castors are high-quality and little effort is needed to move the cart. Overall, with relatively quick and free shipping and a high-quality product, I'm totally satisfied with product and I think it is well-worth the price.

I bought the chair cart and started to assemble the pieces that need to slide together where to tight meaning they would not slide together I tried spraying lubricant on the pieces and still no luck then I tapped with rubber mallet and the piece bent when I tried to take it apart the weld came completely apart my hour of assembly came to a stop.

I would like to take a minute and provide some feedback regarding the Lifetime Commercial Chair Cart model 80525. I have owned this cart for about a month and love it. I own 14 Lifetime Folding chairs and needed a storage solution. The smaller cart did not offer enough storage for my needs so I decided to go with the larger commercial cart.I utilize this cart for residential use not commercial. The cart was packaged very well and delivered with no damage. Easy to read instructions for assembly are provided, it took about 45minutes to assemble without the use of power tools. The cart is extremely strong and sturdy. The large casters wheels make it easy to push or pull on all hard surfaces. I would not recommend pushing or pulling this cart on rocks or grass. The cart allows you to move several chairs with ease. The commercial cart offers space for up to 32 chairs. As I mentioned I only have 14 chairs therefore this cart exceeds my storage needs however if I decided to purchase more I have enough storage space. I would recommend this cart if you own several of these chairs, it allows for easy storage and movement.
