A fabulous addition to the garden for an 80th Birthday surprise, to an Aunt, Mum, Nan, Sister, Sister in law. A gardening lover who relishes being outside enjoying her own company or with guests for as long as the weather permits. The gazebo has extended the time spent in the garden, shading from the hot day sun or light showers when the canopy is in use. I would like to see fixings included within the delivery box, to enable more stability in our temperamental weather in the Midlands. Fixings for posts to the ground and to walls, it would help stop it being distorted in high winds that could help stop damage to my property or others. The instructions need to be clearer and the diagrams bigger, this would aid the build time. The instructional video is a great asset but needs also to be clearer. The inserting of the cord that pulls open or closes the curtain above, , the joint of the two supports which hold the pulley cord can cause the curtain to get stuck half way. I think the design of the pulley system needs more scrutiny for smoother running by the manufacturers. Grey canopy is a free standing structure which is ideal for covering sofa and dining sets on decking, grass or patio. It is made from non-rust aluminium which has been powder coated in a stylish gunmetal grey finish. The fabric is showerproof and will keep you and your guests dry whilst you entertain and it is also easily removable for storage in winter months. A brilliant addition to the garden — really impressed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've been looking for something to define our seating area in the garden without taking over the whole space, and this pergola is absolutely perfect. The 3m x 3m footprint is generous enough to feel like a proper outdoor room, but the 2.27m height keeps it proportionate rather than imposing — it really does make smart use of the space. Assembly was straightforward with two people. The instructions are clear and all the fixings were accounted for — we had it up without any drama in a couple of hours. Having a second pair of hands definitely helps when aligning the frame, but nothing about the process was difficult. The aluminium build feels genuinely solid and well-finished. It doesn't have any of the wobble you sometimes get with cheaper garden structures, and the powder-coated finish looks smart and clean. We're very happy with how it looks — it's given the whole area a much more pulled-together feel. For the price, this is exceptional value. The pergola turned out great. Only a few minor manufacturing errors in one of the connection points, but we were able to work around it. Also, the plastic rings connecting the two leg parts were difficult to make work at first. There was no issue with these specific parts.
