Very happy with this pergola we’ve made a little seating area, needs two people to put together otherwise you will struggle

Not the item advertised online- I was sent a thinner version. I'm really shocked as I ordered the Ascot 2.4 pergola but was sent the thinner Newbury version. The two seem identical apart from the thickness of the posts, (Ascot with 90mm and Newbury with 70mm). I wonder whether other people might have been sent the same, not realising they've received a thinner frame? I tried to contact customer services but as photos are not currently working on my phone, the online chat function would not let me log the issue or speak to anyone. I've spent lots of money on a garden renovation to prepare for a family birthday party and now the whole area will be unfinished. The posts are really thin at 7cms for such a large structure so I'm really unhappy. I'd have bought the item elsewhere in time for fitting it for the party if I knew I'd be sent a 'light' version. I hope the Wayfair team get in touch with me as this has been a really bad experience. I also worry about the honesty of the company, advertising one product and providing another cheaper version.

Wayfairs description on their website is wrong for this product - it does not have 90mm supports, but rather has 70mm ones, which are less robust and a lesser specification. The product you get is the Zest Newbury and not the Zest Ascot. (Wayfair following my complaint have now added the Ascot as a separate product at a higher price, but the online specification for this product remains wrong)

We are extremely happy with this pergola.We bought it to go over our fish pond to provide shade.We have put a tarp for the roof just now.. but intend to grow climbing plants .It is a work in progress for us just now..once the weather improves i will be down the garden center and this pergola will be beautiful
