I read it needed assembly, figured that was the trellis. However, you have to put together the planter part as well. A couple of screws hard to get in but the gaps, so called free draining slots. Well it does not site flush, compost falls out so putting just pots in it. Disappointed but still looks nice for the price. Secondly, DHL didn’t deliver on the scheduled date because couldn’t gain access!! when they delivered driver told me he’d gone to wrong address. Sadly if DHL is the only delivery option I wouldn’t order again. Edit: trellis won’t fit, one for screw is way off and the other is slightly off. Looks like I’m returning.. June. I was able to ensure that the screws were tightened and prevent any loosening of them when I fill it with dirt. I love the aesthetics of it, and it does appear to be, very durable and able to sustain rain or other damages. This timber vegetable planter is ideal for growing all types of vegetables, particularly deep-rooted ones such as carrots and potatoes. Pots are made from Scandinavian Redwood and it is treated in an oil based preservative. All pots come assembled except raised beds where you need to fix legs. Your pots are supplied with one coat of the 'Taylor Brown' oil based preservative. To help protect and extend the life of your planter we strongly recommend for you to apply another coat every 6-12 months. Wood is a natural product and may expand and retract depending on the weather conditions therefore we can not be held responsible for cracking, splitting, warping and shrinkage as this is a natural occurrence, because of this it may be necessary to check the tightness of the bolts/screws. Resin is occasionally present in the timber and is no detriment, should this appear simply wipe with a cloth/white spirit.
