Metal Planter Box

I have been looking for a substantial piece of planting equipment for my backyard. When I saw this on Wayfair, I was impressed with the length of it and the durability as described online. The delivery was prompt and efficient. It was packaged very well as not to damage the parts of the planter. I assemble the planter by myself. it would have been better if additional person was available to hold the pieces together, however I was able to manage it with little or no. I was able to ensure that the screws were tightened and prevent any loosening of them when I fill it with dirt. I love the aesthetics of it, and it does appear to be, very durable and able to sustain rain or other damages. I highly recommend this planter to anyone who is looking for a stylish addition to their outdoor landscaping.

This decorative plant/pot box has a very simple and attractive design which would hold several large plants or a variety of smaller flowers or herbs. The components look like they are made of very smoothly finished grooved wood but are actually constructed of metal. The raised construction and sturdy handle make the planter units relatively easy to move and to create or combine into a focal point for a garden. That said, putting one of these units together was a challenge. There were serious alignment problems with the holes on the bottom of the planter box, resulting in the bolts getting stripped. We replaced the bolts with steel ones, but then the bolt holes also seemed to have problems which the stronger bolts were able to fix. The frame and the bottom grid do not fit flush, though this is not likely to be a problem. Total assembly should have taken about an hour. Instead, it took three hours not including a trip to the hardware store. Feeling some concern about the difficulty that might be involved in cleaning, drying out and storing this sizeable 3-section unit at the end of the growing season, we plan to place it in a sheltered place spot as a handy and neat storage space for potting supplies and hand tools.

I love it! It’s a good sized planter that will work well for some of my veggies. I liked the height for my root veggies like carrots and beets. It took me a couple hours to put together, only because I didn’t follow the directions the first time. Very attractive piece, wouldn’t mind getting a couple more! Thank you Wayfair!!

Easy to assemble and quite a compliment to my front walkway. Great price, delivery on time, sturdy. Would recommend.
