Constructed from solid acacia wood with a clear lacquer, with galvanised steel fixings, and finished with cushions that complement the wood beautifully, this set is designed to last and look fantastic while doing it. The sofa frame and tables are UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. We love this set! Very well packaged, comes in 3 large boxes. These took a few hours to put together, partly because I couldn’t find the instructions at first. I love our new set, the pros are: it is very comfortable and well made, moderately easy to put together. The delivery was very quick as well. The cons are: is I believe we did not get right piece for one of the end as the small back cushion is too long ( should be 2 smaller and rest longer I believe, and we got 1 smaller and rest all bigger). Also, I believe one of the end units is different from the other end one and does not click in place as the back does not have a slot! This amazing Defiance Casual dining set combines dining set, sofa set, and sunlounger functionality into one to make this your perfect summer set. Both the table and armrests are fully adjustable to transform your set.

This feels and looks like a quality product, well finished and put together. The sofa arms that drop into a lounger position have a gas ram mechanism underneath rather than a cheap ratchet which gives they impression they haven’t cut corners. The cushions feel well made too all with removable covers. I can’t comment on long term wear because it’s winter and sat in my garage at the moment but so far this appears to be a bit of a bargain.. Not one to order anything of value online but after searching garden centres etc not being able to find the right combination of functionality and quality within my budget, I came across this Rattan Sofa Set from Wayfair. Always being dubious of quality (Not seeing in person) together with the unfortunate inconvenience of having to send something back, after reading the reviews on this set I decided to risk and order. BOY WAS I SURPRISED! 1st order with Wayfair, From the communication with the carriers to the unloading and storing, packaging I cant fault. The quality of this set is great.
