A bit disappointing in terms of softness. It's exceptionally stiff when you first get it, we're having to wear it in to get some comfort out of it (we might have to buy some seat cushions, which defeats the point). A shame considering the price. Build quality though is very good, stitching and finish are excellent and it looks just like the photos.
