The pergola turned out great. Only a few minor manufacturing errors in one of the connection points, but we were able to work around it. Also, the plastic rings connecting the two leg parts were difficult to make work at first. There was no issue with these specific parts. We got the 10x23 pergola and absolutely love it!! It came in 8 boxes, showed up on the day they said it would and the time frame quoted. We hired a guy to help us assemble it. It took my husband and him about 5 hours to put it all together. The instructions were pretty easy, some of the pictures were a little confusing but manageable to figure out.
