Reall lovely looks the part

Nice pergola , but unfortunately the steel cables fir the canopy are very poorly made and all 3 of them broke instantly and the canopy fell off !

Had issues with the quality of some of the components but resolved it with Wayfair and now complete looks great

Initially pleased with purchase easy to erect unfortunately whilst adjusting overhead wires loop it came apart and two days later a further loop on the sliding roof wire came apart fixed myself buying wire clamps from local diy store, other wise would have given it a higher score

Very happy with this. Quality is much better than others we looked at. We also purchased separate curtains so we had a choice of those or the nets. Unfortunately I have to ammend my review. We hadn't put the canopy up by this point and when we did, the cables holding the canopy are not fit for purpose and broke. We then ordered replacements which never arrived. Was promised £25 back for writing review which never arrived and only had a curt response to my email once I had been on Facebook. I believe this item has been removed due to a defective design and is not just out of stock. I have been told replacements are on the way but clearly these are not goiing to work either.
