Wayfair did not deal with the issue, they just passed it on to the manufacturer which over the bank holiday period I have been advised it will take 2 working days for them to make contact. I’ve taken 1 star off for the instructions! The furniture is top notch. The cushions and seat pads are very thick and comfy and the whole set and table are eye catching! It’s a comfy lounge space perfect for my garden decent size pretty big ,would recommend especially for the price , the table is good quality and so is the chairs and pillows that come with it . Ich habe zusätzliche Montageteile angefordert, weil die mitgelieferten Schrauben aufgrund der schlechten Qualität des Artikels zu kurz waren, aber ich habe eine E-Mail erhalten, in der stand, dass die Bestellung dafür storniert wurde. Das ist ein wirklich schlechter Service und ein Produkt von immer schlechterer Qualität. Um die Stühle zu bauen, musste ich andere Schrauben kaufen und ich musste auch Löcher machen, weil einige Löcher für den Bau der Stühle fehlten. Was a bit fiddly lining up the screws, however with persuasion they all went in! Looks great and is stylish and comfortable. Love the glass top, so will be easy to keep it clean.
