Fantastic quality and looks amazing not got to use the fire yet but can’t wait for the family to come over for the yearly bbq

Absolute rubbish, very flimsy, cushions are hard and nothing to hold the seats together

Fast delivery. The product was difficult to built- screws did not fit where they were supposed to to- instructions were poor- also our product came fault and the fire place did not sit flush in the table due to the welds on the table being poorly made. This is a shame as we were really looking forward to enjoying this product and we were met with so many issues. Hopefully our product was a one off but I would hate anyone else to have these issues. Resolution team basically implied that we had done this ourselves. (Even though this isn’t possible) and were very abrupt in their emails. Delivery was fast and the overall ordering was probably the only enjoyable thing about ordering the product.
