Its polyester fabric is made with spf 50 for uv protection, and it resists weather, water, mildew, rust, and stains-so it holds up to outdoor use. A Little Touch of the Côte d’Azur Our new umbrella was shading six people within half an hour of being delivered and it immediately made the garden feel ready for summer. We chose this unusually large rectangular design because it is perfectly shaped for our outdoor corner sofa. It provides approximately four metres of coverage, comfortably shading the whole seating area rather than leaving people constantly moving their chairs to escape the sun. It would work equally well over a large outdoor dining table. Assembly was remarkably straightforward, and we were using it within 30 minutes of its arrival. Opening and closing it is just as simple the crank mechanism operates smoothly and worked perfectly from the outset. The included sand-and-water base gives the umbrella a reassuringly solid foundation, and it has felt extremely sturdy in the light wind we have experienced so far. The golden-yellow canopy is the real highlight. Against the green of the garden, it brings to mind the sun-soaked terraces of the South of France and gives the entire space a warm Côte d’Azur atmosphere. As the photographs show, it is bold without overwhelming the garden, making our seating area look considerably more stylish. It is still very new, so I cannot yet comment on long-term durability. My only small preference would be for more natural or organic materials, although the existing construction feels sturdy and practical. For its size, coverage and ease of use, it represents excellent value. I would readily recommend it to anyone with a large garden, corner sofa or substantial outdoor dining area.. Stephen. GB. So cute and cheerful! My backyard table is fairly large and it’s the perfect size!! It’s nice u can adjust how high it is by not putting umbrella all the way in just enough to clasp the pole to it. It’s very welcoming for my backyard garden! Pictures don’t do it justice. Very easy to install and there’s even a video for installation and a manual if needed. Brianna. Lakeland Fl. Mon Jun 02 2025

Sadly, although cheap, also nasty! Very lightweight materials. The ‘wood’ is very plastic and the assembly required is somewhat industrial. The canopy itself is very thin and almost transparent - not much if any UV protection - it also had a hole.. Mr.jonathan. Cornwall, GB. Thu Jul 30 2026

So far, seems like a good parasol. The main photo on the site is misleading since it shows LED lights underneath but the actual parasol doesn’t have them. The spec doesn’t say that it has LEDs, so again, the picture is misleading. I installed this on a new Schneider universal ground anchor which doesn’t include bolts. The parasol doesn’t include bolts to attach it to a base. All this makes sense but meant a quick Screwfix trip.. Tim. Sat Aug 01 2026

Fitted with a fully variable tilt canopy mechanism to provide maximum protection from rain and the sun (if we ever see it again). You can adjust and lock it at any angle from horizontal to 90º to upright. Simply twist the shaft to loosen, set it to the perfect angle, and twist it back up to tighten. Adjustable height central shaft. The maximum height will depend on how far you push the spike into the ground. The zip on/offsides/back panel from the lower edge of the canopy to the ground. Clear PVC window on either side. Peg loops are double stitched and elasticated, designed so they will give, rather than break in strong gusts of wind. Loops for guy lines (supplied) on 4 alternate parasol ribs(spokes), plus one more at the very top of the parasol. Comes complete with 12 pegs and a green carry bag.

It was a good item purchased, however no instructions, and the zip did not zip to the end having to hold it in place with a safety pin. Didn't want to send it back for only a small flaw, price was good.. Monica. Bridlington, GB. Sun Sep 06 2020

This parasol brings a large area of shade for your outdoor enjoyment! Our solar-powered parasol measures 300 x 258cm (diameter x H) and offers a large area of shade for your outdoor activities. And you can place it in the outdoor table, so you can enjoy your free time with friends or family in the beautiful garden, on the terrace, by the pool etc. There are 112 solar-powered LED lights on the ribs and a solar panel on the top, which can not only create a warm and romantic atmosphere for your summer nights, but also save energy. In addition, the angle of inclination of the parasol can be adjusted to adapt to the changing position of the sun. You can easily open or close it with the practical crank for lifting, and the loop strap on the roof helps to attach the parasol when not in use for compact storage.
