Such high quality, hard wood, beautiful finishing. Looks even better in real life than on the pics. We’re just delighted with these. Fab 2 day delivery too. What’s not to love

Really pleased with the items ordered. What was not pleasing was the delivery experience. The chairs arrived promptly without the table. The Evri tracker showed that the table was at their depot but was to be delivered by a ‘specialist’ courier. When two working days elapsed with no alteration to delivery status. I had an online chat with them and they said they would escalate the delivery. At 20.39 the following evening I had both an sms message and an email to delivery would be between 19.00 and 21.00. The delivery came unannounced the next morning at 11.00. Not impressed with the delivery service.
