The Rowlinson Ashdown Wooden Parasol has a hardwood frame, 38mm diameter pole and has UV treated fabric. The parasol can be opened and closed with ease via the use of the pulley chord mechanisim.

Ok, but you need to put it together, pop the over on onto all the arms of the umbrella. Then screw lower half of pole into the top. A nicely produced hardwood kit which took me one hour to build inside the lounge for ease of comfort. I studied the instructions, read them twice, overnight, and went to build with no problems. The allen key with its hard edges can make your fingers and hand a bit sore- but no gain without pain! I am very pleased with the greenhouse and it seems a shame to put it outside!
