Wood is green in a lot of places so clearly been stored in a damp place before delivery. Most of the screws were rusty too. You’re stuffed if you don’t have a drill because no holes are pre drilled so you have to drill the holes to fix it together. To be fair I suppose once finally finished then it’s nice too look at and comfortable to sit on. Will need to be painted at some point I think though. Was delivered within a few days.

Love it and looks great in the garden, will paint it soon but it still looks good. Great place to have a morning cuppa lol. Would of given 5 stars if holes needed were pre-drilled.

Very pleased.hard work but well rewarded with the finished product.Not bad for a pair of oldies in there late sixties

Its really lovely. Unfortunately quite a few panels were cracked and it took a long time for delivery,however customer service were very helpful.

We are really pleased with our arbour, but it was a challenge to build because all the instructions were soaking wet and destroyed! The screws were also rusted so it must have been stored in a wet place, before it was delivered! However, we managed to work it out and are pleased with the product.
