- Seasonal effects on timber: Wood is a natural material and therefore may be affected by changes in the weather conditions. During periods of high temperatures and excessive dry spells its moisture content will reduce which may lead shrinkage of some components resulting in small cracks or splits, once a spell of wet weather returns the components will again regain its moisture and the component will return to their original size. Splitting will be more prevalent in larger sections of timber and will not affect its structural stability of the product. This process cannot be avoided, but effects can be reduced by spraying water directly on to the product during periods of hot weather.

A little disappointed with the assembly quality, for the pieces that were meant to be already put together at the factory, already falling apart. Please see pictures. Wasn’t expecting the low quality for the amount paid.

I have assembled this furniture in my own today, the instructions weren't great, I had to do extra drilling of holes and have learnt how to use screw bolts and nuts!! It took me 6 hrs to build it due to the instructions not being clear... however, after a quick sanding and applied preservative oil, it looks beautiful, the seats are comfy, and it fits in well with my garden!!!

The instructions are appalling and some holes are pre drilled in the wrong place. It took a long time to assemble and needed sanding. However now it is built it looks nice.

Very very happy with our love seat we are in it as I'm sending this email Easy to put together and very good fixings and screws only thing I could fault was it needs to be sanded a bit In places but I don't mind that as I'm going to treat so it weather's good altogher very please and would recommend also delivery guys very promt and wen ringing bk to arrange alternate delivery site too

This order arrived really quickly, even before the estimated delivery date. I have not constructed it yet as I'm moving homes soon and it's for my new deck space. I will update when it's been put together but it looks good in pieces.
