Very disappointed, I saw the offer and thought i was getting a deal but it's a very cheap product. The safety matt around the perimeter is around 10mm thick. Should be 30-40mm minimal, covered in cheap thin tarpaulin material. Also typically in ground uses a twin hoop system to create a rigid structure but it's a single hoop with 3 segment legs so 50% ground contact. So soil retailing pushes inwards. The metal hoops are bent to slightly different diameters doesn't sit nicely. Would of returned it but it needs to be installed for birthday parties so stuck with it. Wish I spent a little more and got the real thing.

I purchased the 10ft model about 2 years ago. Digging the hole was way more effort than anticipated and filled half a skip, but once it is in it looks great and seems safe. The kids love it and use it frequently at all times of year. Some points of note: Dig deeper than you want to - a bowl with minimum depth of 60cm will not be sufficient for inevitable use by teenagers/adults and may result in injury. I need to use the supplied cover daily as we have destructive foxes that like to eat the net - fortunately it is easy to take down and cover. After 2 years, the cover and the pole pads have started to deteriorate, the former is not available as a spare and the latter are very expensive - I used pipe insulation instead for a tenth of the price. The manual talks about removing the net over winter and storing inside - however the effort required to fit the net is significant and the removal non-trivial. How this product could be improved: More durable cover, domed cover to avoid water pooling, some sprung chains/cables inside the net poles connecting them to the base would simplify pole insertion when putting up the net each day,
