Received this end of May, 2020. The grandchildren have used it about 10 times (max!) after each use, we drain water and leave it for several hours inflated and in the sun. We also take a towel and run it around just to make sure it’s dry before we dismantle, pack back in carrying bag and store in the basement. The issue is that it is starting to get mildew spots..in and around the ladder tie holds, the INSIDE of the tube that connects the fan to the slide, and on the outside back. This is really unacceptable for such an expensive toy especially considering how new it is and how little it has been used. The mildew in the fan to slide area is crazy!

Bought for children. Have yet to receive, after email stated delivered. 5 days later no Replacement or refund issued. Have requested twice from chat assistant.

The Kids enjoy it and it is easy to set up and put away.
