The delivery time was excellent & it's a fabulous desk, but the instructions were hard to follow as it was not clear from the diagram which way up to put some bits or which fixing went where, & certain pieces didn't match the pictures in them - see the photo. (I had to glue that particular bit as the holes didn't match anything). It took me about 4 hours to do on my own. I'm delighted with the desk though, the drawers open smoothly & it's comfortable to sit at.. Sue. Swindon, GB. Sun Jul 26 2020

Nice looking desk. Very sturdy and reasonably straightforward to assemble. Would have helped if the parts had had corresponding stickers to the instructions to identify them easier. Drawers are extremely stiff but hopefully they’ll improve over time.. Anonymous. Tue Jan 07 2025

Service and product just awful. All four corners of the desk were smashed and one of the legs would not screw in at all. Completely useless and I could not even get a refund because the credit card I used to pay for it (two months ago - it took that long to come) had expired and of course the new card has a new number and the Wayfair representative I spoke to said he had to end the call with me because I could not give him the credit card number I had used to pay with. He said "you have failed the security checks' even though I explained to him that the other card had now expired!! Unbelievable.. Jane. Tie Siding, WY. Sun May 25 2025
