Very pleased with this nice-looking, sturdy, compact desk. It looks good quality. Parts all numbered, fixings, screws etc in bags with letters for reference, clear illustrated instructions and all tools included. It took me a long time to assemble it, and at one point I needed someone to help holding the pieces together while I put the screws in place, but then I’m a woman over 80 and have arthritis in my hands! The wheels make it a bit higher than I expected - 73cm rather than the 70cm stated, so I need a slightly higher chair to have my arms in the most comfortable position for my lap-top and note-taking. Absolutely disgusting delivery and customer service by wayfair. Received my product which was damaged beyond belief. So much damage you could not imagine. When i rang to inform them and ask for a refund they to me I would not get one until I returned the goods. The goods were a corner desk that were heavy and no longer in the packaging as I'd cut the boxes open to see the goods. Now they want the goods returned in boxes at my own expense and I'm a 80 year old disabled woman who cannot do this. Until I do this they are withholding a refund.
