Really pleased with this sofa overall. It looks stylish, feels well made, and is much firmer and more supportive than our old one, which has taken a little getting used to but is definitely better for posture. The cord fabric feels soft and cosy, and it fits the room beautifully without overwhelming the space. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the seats aren’t quite as deep as our previous sofa, so it doesn’t have that same “sink in” lounging feel. It can also make a slight noise or shift a little when getting up from it, which was noticeable at first. That said, it’s still very comfortable and feels sturdy and supportive for everyday use. Another open-box win. Fairly straightforward to assemble - many reviews comment that it needs two people but I didn’t have any trouble on my own (maybe I just have really long arms). The only tricky part for me when installing the base , I should have left the screws attaching the sides just a little looser so it was easier to slot it in.
