With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Hello, I’ve only had the chair for a short while and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, for the past three days, there’s been a problem with the height adjustment mechanism.
