OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Arrived super quick! Easy to assemble! Wider than I realised but that’s actually fine because I sometimes like to sit crossed legged at the desk when I’m in my thinking mode. It feels comfortable to sit in (it’s only been a couple of days so time will tell), my favourite bit is that it swivels, again I like to swivel my chair while I’m in thinking mode . I went for the grey colour because it goes with anything, the white version I was worried about getting dirty quickly, especially with 2 very young children!! For me it was a great buy!
