Love the chair - exactly what I wanted. I did have some difficulty in assembling it because of the weight, and needed help from my wife to steady the back and base sections so that I could locate the bolts. It was also unclear from the instruction diagrams which way round the connecting plate between these should go. Perseverance paid off in the end and I was able to sit and relax in the chair.

Very please with my purchase, this was the 2nd such unit purchased for the house. It is very comfortable and will last a long time. The unit came 2 days before the expected date, so full marks for that, given how often delays occur on many other products purchase on line.
