Aesthetically appealing for sure. I ordered this sofa in camel color about 2 1/2 years ago. It looks like real leather and has a classy appearance. I especially like the tufted arms and back! It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy! We bought this sofa for extra seating for visitors. We had very limited space and it fits perfectly. The seats are very firm but that is great for us as we don't like sofa's to be too soft. However, the back cushions are very soft and we have purchased extra foam to go inside and that has worked perfectly for us. The cushions that come with the sofa are very firm too. Overall, it looks lovely but we had to cover ours with a throw that was also purchased from Wayfair to protect the sofa from our cats. The sofa itself is nice but I wasn't happy with the feet. I was expecting to have to attach the feet but the problem is that the sofa body doesn't seem to have been designed for these feet. There are pretty standard metal fittings for castors or similar but these have had fabric stapled over them and the metal feet are secured by four screws instead. But there are no pilot holes or even guides for the screws so you will need to mark and drill it yourself. This is large and spacious with thick well-padded. Covered in a Hessian fabric it’s very durable and easy to maintain. One of the best features of this is the backrests making it so much easier to manoeuvre them through doors. All materials are fully fire retardant and meet or exceed the required UK fire and safety regulations.
