Very disappointing experience with Wayfair mattresses. I ordered two foam mattresses (king and double) and specifically explained to the phone consultant that I wanted something similar to a previous mattress I had purchased from Wayfair, which was good quality. Unfortunately, the phone consultant clearly did not understand the request and sent very thin mattresses – around half the depth and significantly poorer quality than expected. Both mattresses were completely unsuitable and had to be returned. I placed the order via phone specifically to avoid errors, as the exact SKU from my previous order was out of stock — making the incorrect items even more frustrating. The returns process was equally frustrating. I was told: - A direct replacement was not possible - I would need to accept Wayfair credit and reorder - Or pay a £40 return fee if I wanted a refund to my original payment method When I asked what would happen if the replacement was incorrect again, there was no clear answer or reassurance and I was. told nothing can be done then. At that point, I had no confidence in reordering. I chose to pay the £40 just to resolve the issue and purchased my mattresses elsewhere instead. Hi, We live in 7th floor and the lift goes to 8th floor and driver just needed to bring one floor down with our help but he declined and left the matreesess ground floor near the lift and pressure us to give him scanned code of delivery. We ordered the mattress ages ago and estimated delivery was 29th april but it arrived 10th may we want the money back and return the mattress. Driver called just half an hour before he arrived and i was in my office and he said if i want the parcel i will have to be in the flat in 3 minutes and he cannot wait. so i was forced to give him scanned barcode in order to get the parcel delivered. Please look into the matter and i want compensate for all these matter that have happened. this has been a nightmare for us as our experience with you been so frustrating. it took around 2 weeks for your guys to locate the delivery.. Bought this due to lower back pain. Was a little unsure if it would be firm enough, but its great, i would describe it as medium/firm. It arrived well packed in plastic and was easy to manoeuvre upstairs, it opened up easily, I placed it onto the frame after 48 hours and have now slept on it for a week. Not had 1 single pain. Very good price and even if it lasts only a couple of years, I've got a bargain and I know that a change of mattress was all that was needed. Used to have a terrible and soft spring mattress. My back hurt, I spent nights rolling in bed and waking up constantly. Finally I can have a good night sleep and wake up rested in the morning. I like firm mattresses and this is firm but comfortable. The only problem is that the mattress arrived with a black stain on the side where we sleep, which makes me wonder if this is a mattress that was sent back by someone, which is not really nice. I bought this for my teenage son. The under side (which is on the top in the pictures) is very filmsy! The mattress cover feels very synthetic. The mattress came rolled up and we left it for 2 days to stretch out (this is why it is upside down on the bed as it was curling up at the ends). After 1st day it looked 2 inches smaller than the bedframe, but now sits nicely in position. It is hard, but perfect for back and tummy sleepers☺. I would not recommend for other.. Annamaria.
